BAY LANDING PROPERTY
Bay Landing sits on the south shores Beautiful Lake Bridgeport. Bay Landing is a spacious, well kept R.V. camping park. With a number of amenities for campers of all ages. Although service is limited during the winter months. We have great activities and amenities that can be enjoyed March through October. Bay Landing is a very family friendly camp ground. With activities to keep the children engaged for hours. Amenities include pool, hot-tub, and multi- purpose court. Baseball field, volleyball, mini golf (with new tuff this year), game room, large playground, Snack Bar, (in season), Clubhouse, 2 open aired pavilions, horse shoes, bikes, and canoe rentals. The Adult Center was completed in June of 2013. This offers a quite place for adult campers to relax with books, T.V., Wi-Fi, pool table.
Campsite accommodations include 18 (50 amp) sites with full hook-ups, 30 (30amp) full hook-up, 15 (50 amp) no sewer, and 149 (30 amp) with water and electric. Bay Landing is great for large groups with 30 cabins, (5 with new siding in 2012.) 4 A-Frames, and 2 Getaways we got in July 2011. We also offer primitive tent camping that most parks don’t have.
Lake Bridgeport is 20 feet low, and has made the news a few times due to the drought. 2 boat ramps remain open for now. They are very close to closing if we don’t receive rain.
Directions: From Dallas: Take Hwy 114 west to Hwy 380 go aproximtely 4 miles on Hwy 380 to the preserve, located on left had side large rock sign that says Thousand Trails.
From Fort Worth: Take Hwy 287 north to Hwy 114 go west on Hwy 114 to Hwy 380. then go approximtely 4 miles to preserve, located on left hand side, Large Rock sign that says Thousand Trails.
Park Rules: Park rules will be given at check in.
Rates: Campsites $40.00 per night If you get a 50amp site an additional $3.00 per night will be added
Cabins $99.00 per night to $127.00 per night
$100.00 deposit is required
