Dan and I are seasoned campers and respect Mother Nature and all that the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan offers. We have put that part of ourselves into our campground and are able to offer you modern and rustic camping in a natural wooded setting.
We are centrally located to all the Eastern Upper Peninsula attractions and half way between Lake Michigan AND Lake Superior. If you are looking for tranquility and the beauty of Mother Nature, then just PUT YOURSELVES IN OUR PLACE!
Directions: 8 1/2 miles N.of M-28 & M-123 NEWBERRY Junction on the left hand side of M-123 as headed north.
Park Rules: To ensure grassy sites, we do not allow rugs or mats of any size or kind on the ground.
To protect campers and staff, do not rope or tie anything to the trees or utility pedestals.
Local Interest: Tahquamenon Falls, the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, Logging Museum, Crisp Point Lighthouse, Oswalds Bear Ranch, Seney NWR, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore Drive or boat cruises, glass bottom boat rides over Lake Superior shipwrecks, Toonerville Trolley and riverboat tour.
