Phipps Park, located along the Okeechobee Waterway, Is a 55-acre conservation and campground area. The campground is near the Florida Turnpike and is easily accessible via Interstate 95. The Park's close proximity to the St. Lucie Locks provides anglers with an opportunity to enjoy fresh and/or saltwater fishing. Campers also appreciate the waterfront view that many of our sites provide. We would like to welcome our guests and hope you have an enjoyable visit.
Park Rules: Rules are subject to change
*RV & boat storage is not permitted.
*Use of screws and nails is not permitted in trees or park property.
*Use of pallets or scrap lumber for firewood is not permitted.
*Laundry room hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
*All persons must comply with Federal, State & Local laws.
*Payment must be on time and in advance of the 12:00 Noon check out time.
*The park expressly prohibits the use of campsites without payment.
*Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
*Campsites are designated to hold a maximum of six (6) people.
*Campfires, if conditions allow, in fire rings only.
*Additional camping units and vehicles will require an additional campsite and/or fee.
*Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
*Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children.
*Inform park supervisor if you plan to be away from your campsite overnight.
*No washing dishes or laundry in the bathrooms.
*No washing or repairing vehicles in the camp ground.
*Transporting of black/grey water is prohibited except in an approved container. Please use dump station for disposal.
*Line/rop is not permitted to be tied to trees.
*Fireworks and Alcoholic Beverages are prohibited in the park.
*There is a limit of two pets per campsite. Pet owners must show proof of proper vaccinations and licenses. Pets must be kept on campsite or pet walk areas at all times and be restrained with a leash six feet or less. Pet waste and lease laws enforced.

Electric Sites $18 + tax
Non-electric sites $13 + tax
Cost for Non-Residents:
Electric Sites $23 + tax
Non-electric sites $17 + tax
