Westerly RV Park is open all year and located five miles north of historic Durango, Colorado in the beautiful Animas River Valley of Southwest Colorado. This small quiet park is landscaped with lots of trees and offers ample spaces. It is located just across the road from Trimble Spa & Natural Hot Springs. In addition to the natural hot mineral water soaking pools Trimble offers an Olympic-sized outdoor swimming pool and various relaxing and therapeutic spa services set on beautifully landscaped grounds. Westerly guests receive discounted entry and spa fees at the hot springs.
Amenities at Westerly include generous spaces with full hook-ups (30 and 50 amp electrical service, water, and sewer pump out at each site) as well as free WIFI. The park is designed for self-contained vehicles. Shower and bathroom facilities are available with admission to neighboring Trimble Spa & Natural Hot Springs. The park is located within easy reach of all that the Durango area has to offer: National Forest hiking and mountain bike trails, skiing at Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort, rafting and kayaking on the Animas River (a launch site just ½ mile from the park), jeeping, ATVing and horseback riding in the surrounding mountains, riding the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Train, visiting the ancient Anasazi Indian cliff dwellings of Mesa Verde, plus much, much more. The park is also close to shopping at Trimble Crossing, golfing and dining at the beautiful Dalton Ranch Golf Club, and all the amenities of downtown Durango.

From the intersection of Hwy 550 & Hwy 160 East proceed 9 miles North. At Trimble Lane go West 0.1 miles, turn right onto County Road 203, entrance in 200 feet.
Reservation and Deposit Policy: To guarantee a reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to one night’s rate when the reservation is made. For stays longer than fourteen nights a deposit of $100 will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: Forfeiture of your deposit may be avoided if you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival date. Cancellations made after the deadline will result in forfeiture of the total deposit.
Check-out time is 11:00am. Check-in is 11:00am-8:00pm. Please call or see park hosts for exceptions.
Westerly RV Park has no public restrooms and showers and therefore accommodates only self-contained RVs and no tents.
RV sites must be kept clean and free of trash. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level and proper behavior maintained in order not to disturb other guests. No parking or driving on the grass is allowed. Guests’ belongings cannot spill out into driveways, common areas, or other RV sites. No RV or vehicle washing is allowed on the premises.
Pet Policy: Pets must be kept under owner’s control at all times. No aggressive dog breeds are allowed on park premises. Please clean up after your pet and help us to preserve the peace, privacy, and cleanliness of the park for all our guests. If you fail to clean up after your pet, a $10 fee will be assessed for each occurrence. Dog run is located in NE corner by trash bin.
During potential freeze seasons guests are required to disconnect and properly turn off the Westerly water supply immediately after filling and are liable for the costs of any repairs resulting from frozen pipes. Long term tenants must use propane as their heat source and have propane delivered regularly. If tenant uses electrical heat sources, such as portable space heaters or heat lamps, an additional $100 per month will be assessed to that tenant for each device.
Westerly RV Park is privately owned. As such we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for loss of money or valuables at any time. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicles from any cause, nor are we responsible for any injuries to you or your guests. Park guests assume all risks and responsibilities for the safety and well-being of themselves, their minor children and pets. It is your responsibility to provide adequate insurance to cover losses or injury, and damage to park facilities caused by you or your guests. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us maintain a clean, attractive, and safe RV park for all residents and guests.
Westerly RV Park guests agree to hold harmless the owners of the premises from and against any liabilities, claims, demands, attorney fees, costs, damage losses, expenses, or compensation in connection with any loss, damage, or injury to any persons and property sustained by family members, their guests, or their pets. Additionally, if any of the above is incurred by Westerly RV Park in conjunction with a guest’s stay at the park, the guest agrees to immediately reimburse Westerly RV Park upon presentation of the billing.
