Known as ‘Atlantic Canada's Ocean Playground’, Nova Scotia is one of Canada’s three Maritime
Provinces and is the most populous province in Atlantic Canada. You can discover each of Nova
Scotia’s seven regions and the various experiences that they each have to offer. Much of Nova
Scotia's culture is also shaped by the environment. The highlights include going around the
Cabot Trail, Whale Watching off of Brier Island, riding the waves or walking on the ocean floor
of the Bay of Fundy (the location of the world's highest tides at Burncoat Head) and visiting the
rocky landscape of Peggy's Cove.
