I am a park owner and I'd like to list my park on GoCampingAmerica.com. How do I do that?

Listings on the GoCampingAmerica.com web site are included in the membership dues paid to the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC). ARVC represents over 3,900 campground and RV parks nationwide. Membership is through affiliated states in most cases. You can join ARVC directly if your park is located in Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, or Wyoming. In these states, membership dues are the same rate. Send an Email to info@arvc.org with your park's name, physical location, mailing address, phone, fax, and number of sites, and ARVC will contact you regarding membership!

If you are located in an affiliated state, just go to that state's page on this website and either call, fax, or e-mail that state office to ask about membership, categories of membership, and dues information. When you are ready to join in an affiliated state, your membership dues paid to that state will also include your ARVC membership. You'll receive a web page listing form from ARVC once you have joined. The state organization is usually listed at the very top of the state page, or is within that state's web page through a clickable option. Some states do not accept concessionaires, for example. If that is the case in your state, then you can also join ARVC directly.

I am interested in purchasing a campground or RV park. Do you have any information on operations or management of parks?

The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) exists to serve needs such as yours. For more information regarding purchasing a campground or RV Park please contact ARVC at (703) 241-8801.

I don't own a park yet, but I plan to purchase one soon. Can I still become a member of ARVC?

ARVC has an "Associate Member" category which allows future park owners access to the latest in regulatory issues, management tips, and technology in the outdoor hospitality industry. Dues are $75.00 per year, and entitles you to member discounts on publications, the monthly newsletter (The ARVC Report), and advance notice of all major industry meetings, including our Annual Convention, this year scheduled for November 29 - December 2 in Orlando, FL.

I am an ARVC member, and I need to update my listing on the web site. How do I do that?

Updating your information is easy and fast:
  1. Visit http://www.arvcgateway.com
Enter your ID number and password
    Update your profile and submit
  2. You can also update your listing by phone by calling ARVC at 1-800-395-2267.

I am a camper and I'd like to get a campground and RV park directory from ARVC. How do I do that?

The online directory is the only directory available through ARVC. You can, however, obtain state-specific camping guides from nearly every state listed on our web site. Just go to that state, find the state association listing (usually at the top of the page), and call, e-mail, fax, or write that state to request a copy of their directory. In most cases, you will receive the directory free of charge (you may be charged shipping and handling depending upon the state). Some states may have downloadable directories.
