The campground is located on Route 839, 2 miles north of the Dayton Fairgrounds in the heart of Amish Country. We are located on the Mahoning Lake, 6 miles from the Mahoning Dam. We have a boat launch that will take you right into the Mahoning Lake where the fishing is great. There also are paths leading down to the lake where you can fish from the shore. Nearby there is golfing, hunting on state game lands, walking trails - including Bakers Trail, a winery, and the Shops at Smicksburg which offer a variety of stores from restaurants to country crafts to Amish built furniture. The campground offers a variety of activities including crafts, volleyball, horseshoes, ping pong, ladder golf, a playground and much more. We also have planned activities including fishing tournaments, pot luck dinners, Christmas in July, Halloween party and more.
